Who doesn’t want a perfect toned body with sexy abs? Yes everyone wants it.

Apart from men, women also want some pack of abs, instead of their growing belly. Women nowadays admire about a strong physique body. A lot of women have proved this fact already; some of them have completely transformed themselves, by their strong dedication.

A woman doesn’t want to be caged inside the kitchen only, she is admiring to explore this beautiful world, she wants to roam in a Bikini, and she wants her sexy abs to be visible. The things and trends are changing, and so a thought of woman is also improving.

How can a woman achieve a flat toned stomach?

  • The main part is her mind, in which she needs to fit that, she is perfectly fit for the upcoming tasks. Sometimes she will regret, what she is doing, no result is visible, trust me just hold on to that patience for some more days. Hard work pays a good stuff, but it takes a bit of time. Be strong from the core of your mind.
  • Avoid eating junk foods, foods containing a high amount of sugar/carbs, alcohol etc. They contain a lot of fat. Prepare your food chart, list down all your food consumption details. Every day you should be eating 1500 calories, not more than that.
  • You should be eating greener leafy vegetables as they contain low calories and high nutrients. Every meal should contain egg, fish, chicken or a protein shake to provide appropriate protein percent to your body.
  • Start drinking high amount of water, as it will make you full every time. Water helps in flushing the unnecessary saturated fats and toxins from our body. To be in a sexy toned figure, you need to drop down your fat percentage by 16%-19%.
  • After keeping your food habits in control, start trimming your body by running on the treadmill. Every day you need to drop 50-100 calories of fats, by working out. So now your body is appreciating the change, you are slowly adapting new things. A day will come, when you will feel that you are ready to work on your belly.
  • It’s the perfect time to start working on the abdomen. Do 15-20 minutes High-Intensity Interval Training sessions. Don’t go for crunches.
  • Sometimes excessive crunches are dangerous to health, so instead of crunches, try out these abs exercises for women:-
  1. Boat pose
  2. Hanging leg stability
  3. Russian twists
  4. Stability ball roll out
  5. Barbell squats

Start working on your abs 3-4 days per week. Hire a fitness trainer, or you can learn from some video fitness tutorials. Follow the same routine for continuously 2-3 months. And after that, looking into the mirror might shock you. You can also try Pilates, for building your abs stronger. It maintains your correct spinal alignment and breathings. Pilates shows results much effectively.

Women! it is not that tough, as compared to your workings in the kitchen and other homely stuff. It’s easy if you will follow the routines. A sexy toned stomach, having abs over it, is all yours and now let people look at you and admire you, for your hard works.
